本網訊(草原云·內蒙古新聞網記者 段麗萍) 今年6月(yue)第三(san)周(6月(yue)16~22日)是內蒙古自治區第9個愛國(guo)衛(wei)生(sheng)宣傳(chuan)周。為大(da)力(li)弘(hong)揚(yang)愛國(guo)衛(wei)生(sheng)優(you)良傳(chuan)統,全(quan)面(mian)推(tui)進健康(kang)內蒙古建設,共同營造(zao)清(qing)潔、健康(kang)、文明的生(sheng)活環境,自治區愛衛(wei)辦(ban)在宣傳(chuan)周期(qi)間向全(quan)區群眾發出倡議,倡導(dao)群眾從自己做起,從引導(dao)身(shen)邊人做起,共建美麗宜居家園,共享文明健康(kang)生(sheng)活。
爭(zheng)做愛(ai)國(guo)衛生(sheng)的踐行者,共(gong)(gong)建(jian)美麗家(jia)園。從自身做起,從家(jia)庭做起,積極參(can)與環(huan)境衛生(sheng)整(zheng)治行動。清理(li)衛生(sheng)死角,主動清掃(sao)房前屋后、樓道(dao)庭院(yuan),清除積存垃(la)圾(ji),消除病媒孳生(sheng)地。維護(hu)公共(gong)(gong)環(huan)境,不(bu)隨地吐痰、不(bu)亂扔垃(la)圾(ji)、不(bu)破壞公共(gong)(gong)設施,共(gong)(gong)同守護(hu)城鄉潔凈(jing)風貌。鞏固無煙(yan)環(huan)境,黨政機關、學校(xiao)、醫療機構帶頭(tou)落(luo)實控煙(yan)要求,營(ying)造清新健康氛圍。
爭做健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康生(sheng)活的倡導者,共享(xiang)幸福人生(sheng)。樹立“每個人是自(zi)己健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康第一(yi)責任人”的理念(nian),踐(jian)行文明健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康生(sheng)活方式。合理膳食,少油少鹽(yan),均衡(heng)營養(yang),拒絕(jue)浪費,守(shou)護健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康體重。科(ke)學運動,堅持(chi)鍛煉,增強體質,保持(chi)良(liang)好心態。預防疾病,定期(qi)體檢,注重睡眠與(yu)心理健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康,積(ji)極(ji)參與(yu)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康科(ke)普(pu)活動,提升(sheng)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康素養(yang)。
爭做共(gong)建共(gong)享的推動(dong)者,共(gong)揚文(wen)明新風。學習愛衛(wei)(wei)知識(shi)(shi),傳播愛衛(wei)(wei)知識(shi)(shi),通過微信、抖(dou)音等平臺轉發官方倡議,帶動(dong)身邊人(ren)(ren)參(can)與愛國(guo)衛(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)運動(dong)。發揮榜樣力(li)量,黨員干部、志愿者帶頭(tou)行動(dong),推動(dong)愛國(guo)衛(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)各項活動(dong)進社區、進鄉村(cun)、進校園。形成人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)參(can)與、人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)受益的愛國(guo)衛(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)新局面。
