7月25日(ri)11時32分(fen),隨(sui)著(zhu)城關(guan)營(ying)業站最后一筆電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)入賬(zhang),至此,內(nei)蒙古(gu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)集團(tuan)呼和(he)浩(hao)特清水河(he)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)分(fen)公(gong)司2025年上(shang)半(ban)年電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)回(hui)(hui)收(shou)“顆粒(li)歸倉”。內(nei)蒙古(gu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)集團(tuan)呼和(he)浩(hao)特清水河(he)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)分(fen)公(gong)司2025年上(shang)半(ban)年完成售(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量3.52億千瓦時,累計發(fa)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)1.58億元,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)回(hui)(hui)收(shou)及上(shang)繳率(lv)100%,實(shi)現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)“顆粒(li)歸倉”,按(an)時結零。
為(wei)確保上半年電(dian)費(fei)回收“顆粒歸倉”,內蒙古(gu)電力集(ji)團(tuan)呼和浩特清水河(he)供(gong)電分公司召開專題會,對照(zhao)營(ying)銷業績考核工作要求,找準電費回(hui)收短板(ban),通過“落實責(ze)任、強化管控、優質服務”等措施,沖刺電費回(hui)收結零目標。
一是(shi)嚴格執行電費回(hui)(hui)收(shou)預警制(zhi)度(du)(du)和責任追究制(zhi)度(du)(du),將(jiang)電費回(hui)(hui)收(shou)責任層層分(fen)解,落實(shi)到崗(gang)位,開展(zhan)電費回(hui)(hui)收(shou)通報(bao)和獎懲機(ji)制(zhi);二是(shi)各所站對轄區客(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)的(de)電費回(hui)(hui)收(shou)情況(kuang)密切關注,梳理分(fen)析(xi)客(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)用電量變化、繳費能力,及(ji)時收(shou)繳電費,避免(mian)新(xin)欠電費的(de)情況(kuang)發生;三是(shi)對交費信譽較差(cha)客(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)采取“重點盯(ding)防、一戶一策、分類實施”的電(dian)費(fei)(fei)回(hui)收預(yu)警機制(zhi),做(zuo)到(dao)“早(zao)預(yu)防、早(zao)提(ti)醒、早(zao)催費(fei)(fei)”;四是全員積極參與,推廣繳納電(dian)費(fei)(fei)多種(zhong)渠道。廣泛開展銀行轉賬、微(wei)信等多種(zhong)繳費(fei)(fei)方式宣(xuan)傳活動。通(tong)過以上措施降低電(dian)費(fei)(fei)回(hui)收風(feng)險,確(que)保電(dian)費(fei)(fei)及時準確(que)入賬。
